One Thing I'd Tell Anyone Starting This
Build your super-users first. Pick two or three of your best pickers — people the rest of the floor respects — and train them two weeks before everyone else. Let them troubleshoot. Let them get frustrated and work through it.
When rollout day comes, those people are your floor coaches. Not IT. Not the vendor rep who flew in from Atlanta. Your own people.
